The program includes weekly video seminars with The Weight Whisperer over 10 weeks. The first seminar is approximately 2 hours, while the remaining 9 seminars are around 1 hour each.

It is important to note that Body Slims is a structured ten-week program with a definite start and end date, akin to attending in-person sessions for optimal results.

Your weekly seminar will be scheduled at the same time each week and will only be available for viewing twice within a 48-hour period.
